This course will show you; a Snapper administrator how to re-use and modify, as well as create and maintain letter templates that can be used in Exergy to generate letters for your clients. The course is structured in such a way to firstly give the user an overview of the Snapper functionality and then to guide the user through the process of modifying and developing templates. The final learning unit will focus with the advanced Snapper features.

You will need the Exergy software application available in support of this training material to complete the course.
If you choose to complete the exercises as part of your practical application and would like to complete the assessment; we will need to arrange the necessary access to a virtual training environment that will have all the Snapper requirements already available for you to use.
(Note: if we have previously arranged a database for you; that will need to be replaced for this course)

It is recommended that the relevant exercises and quizzes be completed on the E2G_Training_TRXX database. This will enable you to evaluate your understanding of the learning unit in preparation for your assessment; should you elect to complete for certification purposes.

Upon completion of this module you will:
